Hongkong Chinese Limited (the "Company") is a company listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") (stock code: 655) since 1992, with consolidated net assets of approximately HK$10.7 billion as at 31 December 2022. It is a member of the Lippo Group of companies and is a subsidiary of Lippo Limited (stock code: 226) and a fellow subsidiary of Lippo China Resources Limited (stock code: 156), all of such companies are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
The principal activity of the Company is
investment holding. Its subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures are
principally engaged in investment holding, property investment,
property development, hotel operation, healthcare services, project management, securities investment and treasury
investment.
